After September 11, 2001 I read an editorial in my local paper talking about how our lives are now changed. And indeed that is true, however perhaps there is something that has not changed, will not change and that is the beauty of the changing seasons. “no one told the leaves” that our world is now different and they will continue to put on their yearly celebration of our nature world.
My handwriting with the words “no one told the leaves” were used for the center design of this piece.
